The challenge
The company ran finance, purchasing and warehousing on disconnected systems. Orders from trading partners and the web store were re-keyed by hand, causing delays and errors.
Our solution
After a structured fit-gap analysis we configured Business Central for finance, purchasing, sales and warehousing, and built AL extensions only where standard features fell short.
EDI and e-commerce orders now flow in automatically through an integration layer on Azure, and master data and open balances were migrated using repeatable, validated scripts.
- Fit-gap workshops with finance, sales and warehouse teams
- Upgrade-safe AL extensions for pricing and fulfilment rules
- Azure-hosted integration for EDI and web-store orders
- Phased go-live with hypercare
