No. Most business AI today is engineering and integration work: connecting proven models to your data and processes safely. We bring that capability, and we document everything so your IT team can run it afterwards.
We work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, plus Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder. The choice depends on where your data lives, your compliance needs and the task. We are independent of all of these vendors and design so you can switch later.
Our approach is to use enterprise API terms under which providers state that customer data is not used for training by default, to restrict access with your existing permissions and to keep only the data a feature needs. We confirm the exact data-handling terms with you for each project.
Before launch we build a test set from your real examples and agree what a good answer looks like. We measure against it during development and keep monitoring after launch, so changes to prompts or models are checked rather than guessed.
We choose the smallest model that meets the quality bar, cache repeated work, limit how much text each request sends and track usage per feature with budgets and alerts.
